Terms of Service
FindOurCollege LLC — SAT Training · sattrain.findourcollege.com
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SAT Training website operated by FindOurCollege LLC at sattrain.findourcollege.com (the “Site”) and the SAT Training services offered through the Site (the “Services”).
By accessing our Site, submitting an enrollment form, or participating in our SAT Training program, you (and, where the student is a minor, the parent or guardian acting on the student’s behalf) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FindOurCollege LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas, United States.
2. About Our Services
FindOurCollege LLC provides SAT preparation training designed for students in Grades 9 through 12. Our Services include online SAT training sessions, practice resources, and guidance delivered through our instructors via Zoom. Our goal is to help students prepare effectively for the SAT examination.
Our Services are currently delivered online and are primarily available to students in the United States. We intend to extend our Services to students in Canada, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region in the future. These Terms apply to all users of our Site and Services regardless of location.
3. Eligibility
To enroll in our SAT Training program, the following conditions must be met:
- The student must be enrolled in Grade 9, 10, 11, or 12, or must otherwise be preparing for the SAT examination.
- The student must be at least 13 years of age.
- If the student is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the enrollment process on the student’s behalf.
- The parent or guardian completing enrollment must be the legal parent or guardian of the student and must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on the student’s behalf.
By completing an enrollment form on behalf of a student, a parent or guardian represents and warrants that they meet all of the above eligibility conditions and that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our sole discretion.
4. Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment Process
Enrollment in our SAT Training program begins when a parent or guardian completes and submits an enrollment form through our Site. Submission of the form does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only when we have reviewed your submission and communicated acceptance to you directly.
Payment
Payment for our SAT Training Services is accepted exclusively by bank check. Details regarding the amount due and payment instructions will be communicated to the parent or guardian upon confirmation of enrollment. Services will not commence until payment has been received and cleared.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an enrollment or request a refund, please contact us at contact@findourcollege.com as soon as possible. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- If cancellation is made at any time before the first class takes place, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If a student begins the classes and later decides to discontinue in the middle of the program, we will issue a prorated refund based on the number of classes the student has attended.
5. Parental Consent and Responsibility
Because our SAT Training program is intended for students who may be minors (under the age of 18), the following terms apply specifically to parents and guardians:

- Confirms that all personal information provided for the student is accurate and that they are legally authorized to share such information with us.
